In this case the swelling and pain did not appear immediately, but long before there had been a special knee disorder in the joint. These disorders can be in the form of damage to the joint structure, generally in the cartilage tissue which functions as a cushion between the ends of the bones.
For some reason this cartilage is eroded little by little until finally nothing remains. The breakdown of this cartilage causes the upper end of the calf bone to rub and come into direct contact with the lower end of the femur. Gradually the ends of these bones are also degraded and eroded into damage.
The body naturally responds to damage to the ends of these bones by forming new bone (the layman calls it calcification) at the ends of the two bones with a harder consistency. Unfortunately the newly grown bone is irregular in shape, the meeting and friction between the two newly growing bones is inevitable and causes the pain to get worse.
What and how the origin of the cause of the incident?
Although there are several reasons that are thought to trigger damage to the knee joint, there are 2 most prominent reasons, namely:

Prepared ingredients:
- 1500 cc of water for drinking

- 2 handfuls of Kaempferia galangal

- 3 -4 nutmegs, can be replaced with nutmeg powder, 6-8 teaspoons
- 3 tamarind seeds
- 3-5 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
- 100 gr brown sugar
A. Processing potions to drink:
- Soak the rice in water for 60 -90 minutes
- Boil water in a skillet or stainless steel pot until it boils

B. Cultivating potions before going to bed
